VAPS Filter Housing are designed to filter compressed air and gas under any environmental (indoor and outdoor) conditions. Our housing are designed and Manufactured to the highest quality to meet increasing demands for today’s sophisticated market. Every model of our housings are designed to remove solids, liquid, oil or odor. All our housing are designed to operate up to 16 barg pressures. Differential pressure gauge are supplied together with the filter housing to indicate the time to change the filter elements. For excellent corrosion protection, an electrostatic powder paint is applied to all our external housing surfaces. For internal surfaces protection. A special epoxy coating is applied which gives maximum corrosion control.<\/p>\n
Internal floats drains are a standard in our VAPS Aluminum Housing while for Steel Housing it is with External Drains.<\/p>\n
Our High Quality Filter Elements are produced with glass fibers boronsilicates which have high dirt holding capabilities and excellent oil removal rates. All our elements are designed to withstand up to 5 barg bursting pressure and have special internal support to prevent the element from capsizing. All our elements uses a tie rod to ensure that the elements are mounted properly and achieve a perfect seal even if the differential pressure is high. And the tie rods used are made from aluminum which have excellent corrosion resistanc<\/p>\n
